Hi, I’m Sshillisa Williams, a mother, passionate entrepreneur, strategist, and budding community leader dedicated to helping brands, businesses, and individuals grow, connect, and create lasting impact. With a background in sales, marketing, education, and community engagement, I specialize in bringing innovative ideas to life and making a difference in the communities I serve.

As the CEO of Extraordinaire Marketing, I provide marketing strategy, social media management, and community engagement services that help businesses stand out in today’s digital and community landscape. With seven years of experience in social media management, I have developed and executed campaigns that drive engagement, build brand loyalty, and create meaningful connections between businesses and their audiences. Additionally, I offer consulting services focused on sustainability, innovation, and strategic growth, helping companies implement long-term, impactful solutions.

Community Involvement & Leadership

I am actively involved in STL Women for Good, where I work to increase membership, expand financial contributions to local nonprofits, and cultivate a diverse network of women dedicated to service and community building.

Poetry & Creative Expression

Beyond my work in marketing and community engagement, I am a poet and author of Painting Pictures, a collection of poetry that explores themes of resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth. Writing is one of my greatest passions, allowing me to connect with people on a deeper level through storytelling and creative expression.

Current Endeavors: Nonprofit Leadership & Global Impact

I am currently completing a Nonprofit Leadership Internship with The Borgen Project, a national organization dedicated to ending global poverty through policy advocacy, grassroots efforts, and mobilization. In this role, I am actively engaged in fundraising, public relations, and community outreach, helping to shape conversations that drive real-world change. My goal is to leverage this experience to further develop my leadership skills and continue creating opportunities that uplift individuals and communities.

If you’re looking for expertise in marketing, sales, educational policy, community engagement, poetry, or creative storytelling, I’d love to collaborate. If you just want to keep up with me my events calendar will be below.

I'm looking forward to building a brighter future together!
